The Design & Crafts Council of Irelands (DCCoI) are inviting an individual to provide a proposal for the exciting opportunity to research and strategically develop the project offerings of DCCoI's flagship primary level schools initiative CRAFTed: Learning Skills for Life in line with planned business objectives and in support of the organisation’s Annual Budget and Strategic Plan. DCCoI is the main representative voice and champion of the craft and design industry in Ireland. Its objectives are to foster the growth and commercial strength of the craft and design sector, communicate its unique identity and stimulate quality design and competitiveness

The CRAFTed CPD & Research Projects Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and development of the CPD and research projects associated with the CRAFTed programme. Research activities and evaluations are designed to inform the development of the CRAFTed programme in subsequent years.

The contract will be offered for a period of 1 year effective from September 2017 to September 2018.
