My Jewellery is handmade using traditional techniques allowing each created piece to be unique and bespoke. I am inspired by the landscape and environment around me as I interpret the hidden shapes and forms I notice within the coast, mountains and hills. My work encompasses solid, sculptural aspects featuring one or more semi-precious stones and waves or slabs of gold that reflect rugged cliffs and rock formations. I have developed my own language of shapes over time, I believe we all have this inner ability to interpret our surroundings though the language of shape and design and it is something which connects us to nature and the environment. As such this understanding connects us to the past with a forgotten meaning.
