In 2023, Design & Crafts Council Ireland brought together the very best minds, makers and designers to celebrate creativity through a programme of 72 events in venues across Ireland.
Workshops, exhibitions, talks and conferences took place throughout Ireland, focusing on why design matters and highlighting issues around sustainability, diversity and inclusion.

Monday 13th Nov
DCCI Irish Design Week 2023 Launch
Opening address by Tom Watts, Head of Design, DCCI, this event will kick off conversations with leaders and influencers on Ireland’s plan for a National Design Centre.
Conversations in Design
Designing for Diversity & Inclusion
Renowned design strategist and innovator Aiyemobisi “Bisi” Williams appeared at Irish Design Week 2022 to lead an important discussion around designing for diversity and inclusion.
She was joined by an expert panel:
