The 20th Anniversary of Bloom
Bloom 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of Bord Bia Bloom, one of Ireland’s best-known summer events celebrating gardening, sustainability, food, design and culture.
Design & Crafts Council Ireland has played a longstanding role in the festival through the DCCI Irish Craft Village, creating a platform for Irish makers to showcase and sell their work directly to the public. Over the years, the village has become a key destination for visitors seeking authentic Irish-made products and opportunities to meet the makers behind them.
The 2026 edition continues that tradition while reflecting the growing diversity of contemporary Irish craft. This year’s exhibitors were selected through a competitive application process, with makers representing a wide range of counties, disciplines and creative approaches.
