DCCI Gallery
DCCI Gallery is Ireland’s leading centre for contemporary craft and design.
Established in 2000, it provides a platform to explore work in a wider cultural context and to develop understanding of the traditional roots of Irish craft and design and its future potential.
Our Vision
We inspire appreciation, creativity and innovation, and play a critical role in building understanding of craft and material culture in Ireland.
The gallery features Irish and international designers, artists and makers across a variety of disciplines who push the boundaries of their chosen materials and techniques in their engagement with the making process.
Through our programmes and partnerships, we reach a large audience both nationally and internationally. By showing and interpreting the highest-quality national and international work, we educate and inspire, raising standards and encouraging critical dialogue.
Developing new audiences for design and craft is a key part of our activities. Our touring programme works with Irish and international venues and partners to bring our critically-acclaimed exhibitions to a wider audience.
