Design & Crafts Council Ireland is the national agency for craft and design in Ireland, we support designers and makers to develop their businesses in a sustainable way, and advocate for the societal benefits of craft and design. DCCI’s activities are funded by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment via Enterprise Ireland.

 

We provide a range of programmes, supports and services for designers and craftspeoplelearners and enthusiastsretailers and galleristsshoppers and collectorsmedia and partner organisations in order to raise the standard and profile of Irish design and craft.

  • To ensure that any communications in writing or by email in Irish are responded to in Irish, in line with our obligations under the Official Languages Act 2003. In adherence to this Act, DCCI also publishes its core documents, i.e. its Annual Report and financial statements, in both Irish and English. They are available to view online here.

  1. Ní mór gearáin a bhaineann le seirbhís Chomhairle Dhearaidh agus Cheardaíochta na hÉireann a dhéanamh i scríbhinn (nó a chomhionann) laistigh de mhí amháin ón dáta ar tharla an teagmhas líomhnaithe agus ní mór dóibh sonraí an ghearáin a chur ar fáil.
  2. Admhófar litreacha gearáin laistigh de 10 lá oibre ón dáta a fhaightear iad.

Déanfaidh an ball cuí d'Fhoireann Ardbhainistíochta Chomhairle Dhearaidh agus Cheardaíochta na hÉireann (i.e. Cinn gach feidhme agus an Príomhfheidhmeannach) imscrúdú ar an ngearán. Cuirfear freagra scríofa ar an ngearán ar fáil laistigh de 20 lá oibre (ceithre seachtaine oibre) ón dáta a fhaigheann Comhairle Dhearaidh agus Cheardaíochta na hÉireann do ghearán.
