At it Again! are Irish-German creative couple, Niall Laverty and Maite López, who write, illustrate and self-publish literary guides and gifts in Dublin, Ireland. We want to take the reader on an adventure through the world of Irish literature to connect with Irish authors, their stories and places giving them an exciting fresh twist with our creative writing and engaging illustrations.

What’s a typical day in the studio like for you?

With the making of every new book and literary gift, we go on an adventure exploring the authors’ lives and their characters. We become detectives looking for clues in the original books and authors’ lives and go out into the city to find the hidden literary places behind the stories. We mix all the ingredients together to distil the essence of the original story through our writing and illustrations using an engaging graphic style and vibrant colours.
