Creative Schools Supports primary and post-primary schools and Youthreach centres across Ireland to put arts and creativity at the hears of children’s and young people’s lives.
As part of a two-year guided journey, schools will develop a Creative Schools plan that is unique to their own school. They offer three main practical supports:
- A Creative Associate to work with you to support your Creative Schools journey for the academic years 2024-25 and 2025-26
- Training
- €4000 grant towards activity arising from your Creative Schools Plan
Who is eligible to apply to Creative Schools?
All Department of Education recognised primary and post-primary schools an Youthreach centres that have not already participated in a previous round of Creative Schools.
