Design & Crafts Council Ireland Partner with Guaranteed Irish and Avail of New Selling Portal – GuaranteedIrishGifts.ie.
Guaranteed Irish is delighted to announce that the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland (DCCI) has joined as a member for 2021. This benefits all members of DCCI who wish to apply to join Guaranteed Irish as they can avail of a special discount once they meet the criteria and are deemed suitable by the Guaranteed Irish appraisals team. The offer is valid until Feb 28th, 2021. All approved members will then feature on the GuaranteedIrishGifts.ie website which will continue to be promoted by the Guaranteed Irish team across media and press throughout 2021.
Based on the unanticipated success of the portal, www.guaranteedirishgifts.ie, and the support it has secured since it was launched in September 2020, it was decided by the voluntary board of Directors, that the site will now operate all year around to support the smaller homegrown gift, craft and designer members in Ireland who continue to make and inspire from behind locked doors. The site which was promoted across all digital channels, the Late Late show, national radio and TV in the run up to Christmas generated over 10,000 extra visitors daily to those featured on it. A call from Guaranteed Irish to extend its offering to include fashion, home style products and new lines goes out this month, so it becomes the site of choice for all those who consciously wish to support Irish producers and designers. All sales go direct to the provider- no commission is taken by Guaranteed Irish, the not-for-profit business membership organisation.
According to Brid O’Connell, CEO, Guaranteed Irish, “To date we are delighted with the support from consumers and the media who have really got behind the concept in the lead up to the Christmas holidays.
