The Leitrim Design House invites you to be part of this collaborative journey by creating a chain of collaboration through form and materials. Participants will use a combination of traditional craft methods and digital technologies to design chain links that come together to form a collective piece, showcasing personal connections with craft and design.

A workshop will run in the morning and afternoon, with no prior experience required. Participants will have the chance to explore digital fabrication tools like 3D printing, laser cutting, vacuum forming, and digital embroidery, with a particular focus on casting and coloring in Jesmonite, a quick-setting ceramic material.

Stuart Lawn from Fab Lab Maker Hub and ceramic artist Bettina Seitz will facilitate.

All materials and equipment are provided, and participants can take home their creations at the end of the workshops.

• The morning session is from 10am to 1pm and the afternoon from 2pm to 5pm.
