Dublin Design Policy Talks

Positions on the integration of Design in different layers of Governmental and political structures and actions to gain traction on the need to create prosperous and sustainable growth for Europe with the support of Design.

 

Discussion topic:

  • If, how and where can design be integrated to foster a sustainable growth for a prosperous Europe
  • ‘Deploying Design for a prosperous Europe’. BEDA Position paper and it’s potential to be integrated into those blurring lines > current EU-framework for culture and creative industries.

 

Goal of the discussion:

To foster the idea of emphasising design’s inclusion and its “two legs” in business and culture, while remaining aware of “silent wars” like climate change and democracy under pressure.
