Wren and Mabel

Wren and Mabel

I am a qualified fashion designer, trained at the Grafton Academy of Fashion Design, with years of industry experience. My work is grounded in thoughtful design, pattern drafting, and careful construction. Each piece begins with an original concept; when using vintage linens, I let the existing embroidery and weave guide the design. I draft patterns, create toiles to refine fit, and complete embroidery before assembly. Working with Irish linen and reclaimed textiles, I use natural, biodegradable fibres. Each piece is carefully constructed, finished, and pressed, combining traditional techniques with contemporary design to create timeless, sustainable garments rooted in craftsmanship and heritage.
