Date

Time
3:30 pm

In these hands-on, innovative design workshops, participants will learn how to fuse and transform industrial plastic waste and turn it into useful, practical items for the office. Aimed at professionals who want to implement creative, sustainable practices in the workplace.

Participants will each create items such as folders and lanyards – which can be proudly used in your daily work and in turn spark design and sustainability conversations.

The Lanyard marking workshop will take place from 3:30pm – 5pm and the folder making workshop will take place between 6pm and 7:30pm both in room 370 of Western Gareway Building University College Cork.

These workshops not only divert waste from landfill but also demonstrate how common industry materials can be reimagined into useful workplace essentials.

The sessions blend hands-on making with circular thinking and sustainability insights, showing how resourcefulness can lead to new approaches to waste reduction in business while also creating value.
