Nearly one in five Irish adults recognises the Made Local brand and what it stands for—celebrating the exceptional talent, skill, and creativity of Ireland’s designers and makers and retail supporters—and we want to grow that.
This summer, as part of the Made Local campaign, Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) is allocating budget to support five markets that champion craft, makers and locally made products that, alongside your own brand, can showcase Made Local branding prominently to help grow awareness and benefit all.
If this sounds like a good fit for your market, please review the terms at the end of this form and complete the application below.
Deadline for application is Monday 27th April
How it will support your market/pop-up?
- Up to €1,000 in funding per event (subject to eligibility), available for up to five markets or pop-ups
- Support for both event setup and promotion
- Opportunities for additional promotion through DCCI PR and social media channels
- Increased public awareness of the Made Local campaign, benefiting participating makers and events both during and beyond the event period
In return, applicants will be expected to prominently feature Made Local branding, including:
- A large fabric banner/logo (e.g in image above)
- An information panel explaining the Made Local campaign
- Point-of-sale branding for participating Made Local registered makers
- Inclusion of the Made Local logo on printed promotional materials

All branding materials will be provided by DCCI, following consultation and tailored planning with selected applicants.
