Kinvara Pottery

Having been an itinerant ceramic artist, from making clay objects on the kitchen table to renting studio spaces in the UK and in Co. Galway, I am now settled and happily setting up my forever-studio on the Wild Atlantic Way. Inspired by the unique nature of this place and of the beliefs, traditions and ways of the ancestors of this land, I make unique hand built ceramics. These one-off pieces invite tactile interaction whilst offering the viewer myriad textured surfaces to explore. I welcome visitors to the studio (by appointment)to view work on display in my mini-gallery and also hold regular classes and workshops allowing participants explore a range of handbuilding and decorative ceramic techniques.
