ReStyle Ireland is a sustainable fashion expo roadshow that aims to show people what the future of fashion looks like. Come along and learn new skills, get inspired with new ideas, new habits and see the real alternatives to fast fashion.
This Galway event will take place across the 7th and 8th of November in four different venues. On Saturday the 7th the Cope Galway and LIVVS Vintage Studio will host free workshops, demonstrations and masterclasses in sustainable skills like upcycling, repair, crochet and embroidery as well as free & interactive clothing alterations and repair stations, a clothes swap and exhibition. Also on 7th November, H91 markets in Electric Galway will host a their vintage clothing market. To close off the weekend on Sunday the 8th enjoy the future of fashion show in St Nicholas’ Church with sustainable designers from across Ireland.

Welcome to the future of fashion – ReStyle Ireland, showcasing the best sustainable clothing and textiles. The future of fashion must be sustainable, we cannot sustain the current textile industry that contributes to 10% of global emissions and produces 128 billion new items of clothing every year. Europe needs to prepare for a more frugal future where self sufficiency and skills in repair and repurposing are common place. We want to give people an image of the future with our expos so align perfectly with ‘Failte Future Europe’.
