Cementique

I have always loved crafting-whether it be jewellery making, mosaic art or sewing, making is in my blood. After spending 16 years running my own therapeutic massage practice, both in my native South Africa as well as in Ireland, I felt like I was ready for a change, so when covid hit and I was forced to close my practice, it was the perfect time to try something new. After stumbling across a video on the internet of someone working with concrete, I was intrigued & decided to give it a go myself. I loved the idea of being able to create something from easily obtainable items to end up with a tangible product within a day. I quickly became obsessed with this medium - and making pots for my extensive house plant collection. This is ultimately how Cementique was born. Cementique products can now be found in select stores across Ireland.
