Founded in 2020, Culu Design grew from a desire to return to hands-on creativity. The name ‘Culu’, from the Irish word for ‘retreat’, reflects this connection. Working from her home studio in Co. Wicklow, Louise designs and makes each piece by hand in small batches. Her work is defined by layered colour, playful forms and careful finishing, resulting in distinctive, wearable pieces now stocked by retailers across Ireland and internationally.
