Michael Healey & Co.

Michael Healey & Co.

Michael Healey has a passion for creating functional art. He has spent much of his life balancing and melding conventional arts and crafts with engineering and technology. Having grown up in the US, Michael studied design and animation at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Since then he has trained in traditional woodworking, CNC milling, and 3D printing. Pairing functional hardware and techniques with natural woods gives the opportunity to showcase the individuality found in nature with the scientific precision of the modern world. After moving to Ireland in 2022, Michael formed “mish,” a brand focused on using sustainable and recycled materials to create beautifully unique and useable objects.
