Michele Hannan is a ceramic artist based in Castleknock, Dublin, creating handcrafted porcelain and stoneware ceramics inspired by the Irish landscape and the natural surroundings of Phoenix Park near her studio. She has been working with clay for over 30 years and graduated from NCAD in 1992. Her work is inspired by woodlands, gardens, birds and botanical forms, combining layered textures, expressive colour and organic surfaces. Michele creates sculptural vessels, decorative ceramics, wall pieces and porcelain jewellery, each individually handcrafted in Dublin.
