As a designer, my practice is deeply rooted in the rich tapestry of Irish culture, intertwining tradition and innovation. At the core is a profound respect for Irish people, their crafts, and customs. I believe that by understanding and valuing our cultural heritage, we can create designs that strike a chord with our collective spirit. I draw inspiration from various aspects of Irish life & landscape, from the intricate patterns found in our manuscripts to the symbolism embedded in the Aran jumper. By incorporating these elements into my work, I aim to tell stories that foster a feeling of pride in our cultural identity and nurture a sense of shared belonging and inclusivity.
