I studied art in school in the UK but followed a different pattern employment path. In 2013 my partner and I decided that we would move to West Cork to be close to his family. Once here, it didn’t take long for me to feel completely at home. With the beauty and vibrant colours of West Cork surrounding me, the urge to paint took hold once again. I am a self taught artist. I love subtlety of colour, tone & texture and primarily use acrylics, watercolour & chalk pastels. The landscape, seascape & wildlife of West Cork are truly breathtaking and the inspiration for my work which is all painted, printed, produced & packaged here in West Cork, Ireland.
