Liz Rosenthal is Curator of Venice Biennale’s International Film Festival’s Official Selection and Competition programme Venice Immersive. She is an Executive Producer of award-winning immersive content and helped found and lead accelerator programme, Creative XR, managed by Arts Council England and Digital Catapult. Liz is CEO & Founder of trail-blazing innovation company Power to the Pixel. She has an extensive network and knowledge of international talent, financiers and distributors across the immersive entertainment and arts space.
Throughout her career, Liz has helped international media businesses and artists to innovate and adapt their practice to evolving platforms, tools and audiences. She has advised countless leading international festivals, media organisations and national and regional funds.
At Venice Film Festival she was instrumental in the launch of Venice Immersive in 2017, the first and only official immersive content selection and competition in an A-list festival. Venice Immersive has helped establish XR as a new artistic and entertainment form and has pushed the boundaries of exhibiting immersive works. It is currently the world’s most extensive annual exhibition of Immersive Arts.
At CreativeXR Liz helped design and lead this unique accelerator programme as Executive Producer. The programme has supported the development and finance of 60 XR projects by leading UK creative teams.
At Power to the Pixel, Liz created the first international programmes for developing, financing and showcasing interactive and immersive works. Incubator, the Pixel Lab helped develop over 100 projects and Power to the Pixel: The Cross-Media Forum, run in association with the BFI London Film Festival over 10 years, brought together leading talent and financiers and created the first project finance market for interactive projects and VR exhibition in London.
Colum Slevin has over thirty years of experience in leadership roles at the intersection of technology and creativity. He began his career in animated TV and features, eventually serving as Director of Computer Graphics at Industrial Light & Magic and later as Vice President of Studio Operations at Lucasfilm. At Lucasfilm, he oversaw animation, vfx and game development teams in California and Singapore, including for the award-winning Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated TV show.
In 2013, Colum became Studio General Manager at Telltale Games before joining Meta in 2015. At Meta, he led media and narrative VR content development, overseeing products like Oculus TV, Media Studio, and Oculus Venues. Under his leadership, the team produced award-winning VR experiences, including Vader Immortal, The Wolves In The Walls, and The People’s House, earning 15 Emmy nominations and 7 wins for VR creators.
More recently, Colum led the Positive Play Experiences team at Electronic Arts, developing products that promote safe and inclusive gaming experiences. He resides in San Rafael, California, with his wife Marie and remains obsessed with technology in the service of creativity and storytelling.
Marcel Twohig is a seasoned industrial designer with over 20 years of experience shaping products and experiences that enhance the way people work and live. Currently, Marcel leads the Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) team at Logitech, where he oversees the design and development of innovative workspace solutions aimed at supporting productivity, comfort, and user well-being.
Before joining Logitech, Marcel successfully ran his own industrial design business, where he collaborated with clients from diverse industries to bring compelling, user-centered products to market. His entrepreneurial experience has given him a unique perspective on the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, and has refined his approach to problem-solving and innovation. Throughout his career, Marcel has been recognized for his strategic design vision and his commitment to creating products that resonate with users on both functional and emotional levels. At Logitech, he applies these principles daily, driving the design of products that empower users in their personal workspaces, blending aesthetics with practical ergonomics.
Marcel is passionate about the evolving role of design in addressing modern workspace challenges and looks forward to sharing his insights on the future of work and product innovation.

Design Diplomacy.
Design Diplomacy is a concept developed by Helsinki Design Week, and produces unique, intimate conversations between two creative minds. During the event the international design professional meets an Irish designer over a card game of questions. Visitors will have an opportunity to experience carefully curated and unique conversations as in each situation the interlocutors meet for the first time.
Diarmuid MacMahon Lennon – COO at PA Consulting Dublin
Dr. Cordula Hansen is a real-time artist, 3D designer, and co-founder of XYZ Technical Art Services GmbH, where she leads innovative virtual production and immersive media projects. With a rich background in creating 3D environments and interactive experiences for cultural organizations and storytellers, she brings together concept development, previsualization, and prototyping using tools like Unreal Engine, Reality Capture and pen and paper. Cordula’s passion for virtual production extends to her work as an Unreal Authorized Instructor partner at Epic Games, where she has mentored professionals in world-building and immersive storytelling techniques as part of the Epic Fellowship programme.
With over a decade of experience, Cordula has a strong academic and practical foundation in immersive technologies, having lectured extensively and worked on immersive cultural heritage projects across Europe. Her expertise spans user experience design, VR/AR development, and immersive prototyping, making her a sought-after collaborator in innovative, cross-disciplinary projects.
