Are you ready to dive into the world of innovation, design, socially impactful business?
The 24 hr Design challenge is a highly energetic sprint event that takes students through a series of design thinking processes similar to a hackathon in nature which takes place over a weekend. This event is being run in conjunction with the Creative Futures Academy and encourages students from all disciplines to take part. This event has been run in the past and is open currently to students from NCAD, IADT and UCD.
The central theme is ‘Creating solutions for real world problems’ and encourages students to come up with climate change and social entrepreneurship solutions that will have real world impact. The teams will pitch in front of a panel of judges and the winning team will be awarded a prize of €1,000.
