
MTU Crawford College of Art & Design and MTU Arts Office in association with the French Embassy in Ireland and Irish Design Week present an evening with Graphic Designer, Laurent Ungerer and his project TABULA.
TABULA is a walk – talk designed to explain the creative process behind the new graphic design chart for Notre-Dame de Paris.
The project is structured around the presentation of a selection of books (Tabula), each focusing on a different aspect of the design; Introduction, Writing, Symbolism, Ornaments, Light, Material, Signage, Iconography, AI.
Each group has a dedicated start time and moves with one presenter through a sequence of 3 locations, each lasting approximately 15/20 minutes per station.
